Return & Exchange Policy
– Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unworn, and with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
– Sale items are only available for an exchange or store credit.
– Clearance items and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. These items are marked FINAL SALE in red in the product description.
– Exchanges and returns for store credit are free
– Returns for a refund to your original form of payment have a free return shipping fee unless you contact us and we’ll give you the free code to print out and attach it on the return package.
– Please allow 2-3 business days after your item arrives to our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. Return and exchanges are processed Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm. You will receive an email when your return or exchange is processed.
Begin your return or exchange by following the guidance by contacting us! All you need is your order number and shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation email. In your return package, please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to return or exchange an item that was a gift, please email email@example.com and indicate who the gift was from to start the process.
